Commanding(giving instructions下达命令)
Coordinating ( harmonizing the goals and activities of individuals and groups within the organization 个人目标与组织目标相统一)
Controlling(measuring & correcting评估和纠正) 后人/现代管理学增加两点:Motivating(激励)、Communicating(沟通)
