When are earnings received? 
General earnings consisting of money are treated as received at the earlier of:
● The time when payment is made

【提问】Director 的earnings 认为收到的时间是找以下三个时间至早的那个日期：

1，  所属公司财务记账的日期。

2，  如果在所属公司年度结账之前管理层已经确认了具体金额。虽然没有记账，就是公司accounting period 结束日。例如，公司会计年度是2017年1月1日到12月31 日，确定director 2017年度的奖金的时间是12月5日，但没有记账。这种情况取2017年12月31日。

3，  如果金额在所属会计期间没有确定。这种情况取确定的日期。例如，公司会计年度是2017年1月1日到12月31 日，确定director 2017年度的奖金的时间是2018年3月5日，但没有记账。这种情况虽然确定的是2017年度的奖金，但取2018年3月5日考虑孰早。
