本次FM考试根据考生反馈，考到了3份卷子：

卷一的section C的Q1考了NPV 、 WC 、real term 、 Tax saving on CA还有risk & uncertainty 的4种方法。Q2考了Bulk purchase discount、接受折扣需要考虑的因素和判断WC funding policy（计算）。

卷二的Q1考了Lease or Buy、Lease 的好处和NDCF vs DCF。Q2考了WACCA、什么时候使用Current WACC和Equity finance的public listing + private placing + right issue。

卷三的Q1考了Operating cycle ratios和Operating cycle长短与Factoring之间的关系。Q2考了NPV和Capital rationing还有foreign receivable。

Section C 大题对于文字目的考核非常灵活，不仅仅是简单的默写知识点，这种考法越来越接近P阶段的思维答题方式，考官也许是让大家提前有所准备！

建议理论知识必须灵活掌握，根据老师教的分析方法，平时多写，才能做到考场应对自如！
